Poipu Beach Real Estate Update-  Just Listed |  Omao Home $2,125,000

This iconic home in Omao is minutes away from Poipu Beach and while the curbside appeal is evident, what it does not show is how magical this property is.  I don’t normally use words like magical; I find it a bit silly for real estate and overused but in this case, I have no problem with using the word.  This home looks like it’s straight out of the 1950’s from the street but once inside there is so much more.  Located on almost a ½ acre of land, the 3-bedroom main home is built around a swimming pool and a 2-bedroom 1 bath is connected by a breezeway/workout area.  A separate workshop is shaded by a gorgeous mango tree.  This home cannot be a vacation rental but has other possibilities and you are welcome to call me to talk more about it.

Montana Man Facing Charges After Threatening Hawaii's Governor

A 51 year old man from Montana is now facing cyberstalking and interstate threatening communications against Hawaii’s Governor Josh Green.  The man disguised his voice and threatened to kill the governor, harm his daughter and antisemitic comments were made as well.  Nine of these messages were left during the month of December, 2025.

Eric Lee Boltz has been arrested and charged for the alleged crimes of which he could be charged with 5 years in prison and a $250K fine.  Eric Boltz has since reportedly said that he did it to “shake up” the Governor and that his actions were “dumb” and “went a level higher than I should have.”
The FBI is still investigating.

Trial Date Set For Man Who Threw Rock At Monk Seal

Igor Lytvynchuk appeared in court virtually from his home in Washington State on June 9th where he heard his trail date which is set for November 16th, 2026.

He has plead not guilty to the alleged crime of throwing a rock at a Monk Seal in Lahaina on May 5th,.  His attorney stated: "He wanted to scare the seal away from the honu he saw there.  Apparently, there were two large turtles and one had already been knocked off the rock by the seal.  Sea lions are very aggressive.  They’ll take your bait, they’ll take your fish—that’s been his experience."  He also stated that his Igor did not know that Monk Seals are a protected species, he thought the monk seal he saw was like the sea lions he’s seen in Washington State.  He added that his client was unaware that Hawaiian monk seals are endangered and believed the animal was similar to aggressive sea lions he had previously encountered while fishing in Washington state.

Igor was filmed throwing a rock the size of a coconut at a Monk Seal who was in the ocean in Lahaina.  The footage of the video went viral and made pretty much all of the news outlets and enraged a lot of Hawaii residents and government officials.

Here are the key dates:

October 28, 2026:  Joint trails presentation statement due

November 4, 2026:  Trial conference scheduled

November 16, 2026:  At 9 a.m. in Honolulu the Trial will begin
