Poipu Beach Real Estate Update- Sold | 2889 Milo Hae Loop | $2,366,100
Some homes feel good the moment you step inside, and this one was like that. This 3-bedroom, 3-bath home in Kiahuna Golf Village offered a layout that just worked—open, functional, and easy to live in. Natural light, indoor-outdoor flow, and thoughtful details made it a place people connected with. Every showing and open house had the same reaction: this home had a genuinely warm energy. I’m grateful to have represented both the seller and the buyers, and even happier knowing it’s now in the hands of people who felt that same connection to it.

Poipu Road Widening Update
This video is of the intersection of Kiahuna Plantation Drive and Poipu Road where two massive trees have been removed.
My hubby drove me around Poipu so I could get some additional footage of the clearing that is taking place on the side of Poipu Road. It looks like they are in the process of moving the utility lines.
Hawaii Files Lawsuit Against TikTok
The state of Hawaii has filed a lawsuit against “Bytedance Inc.” which is the parent company of the popular social media site TikTok. The lawsuit is alleging that the platform is using “coercive design tactics” to influence users similar to what is experienced in gambling.
The main concern is that children are more susceptible. In a separate statement Governor Josh Green said; “The mental health and wellbeing of our keiki must come first. This lawsuit is a crucial step in holding TikTok accountable for the harm it’s causing.”
The Attorney General is looking to collect “civil penalties of not less than $500 nor more than $10,000 for each violation of the UDAP (Unfair or Deceptive Acts or Practices).”

Kauai Real Estate: November Sales Jump, Confirming Buyers October Activity Surge
In October Kauai Home buying activity accelerated, now that November numbers are in we can start to see just how much different is it from last year? Deals that came together in October will just start to show up in Novembers numbers. In looking at just the month of November 2025 and comparing it to November of 2024 we see that 40 homes sold that month compared to last years 22. The Sold Price, compared to the original list price, was also up at 93.73% compared to 90.41% the previous year.
Condominiums also benefitted from the buyers that were scooping up deals in October. The number of condominiums sold was up at 22 compared to 17 last year. The Sold Price compared to the original list price was about even at 92% this year compared to 93% last year.
This story is not over because some of those October deals will close in this month of December.
For now, here is the Kauai Home Video that I did and next week we’ll be looking at the States Year-To-Date real estate numbers.
